Visit types
Three visit types, each matched to its own fabric group
Carpet extraction, sofa and chair treatment, and mattress and rug care each have their own scope and pricing, described below in plain terms.

Choosing between them
Each visit type covers a different set of items in the home, and it is fine to combine more than one if needed — a message describing what needs attention is enough to work out the right combination together, without any obligation to book on that first exchange.

A rough guide to choosing
Traffic paths visible on carpet
Carpet Extraction Treatment addresses darkened walkways and general floor covering care.
Household with children or animals
Sofa and Chair Treatment covers the furniture that sees the most daily contact.
Bedding used year-round without rotation
Mattress and Rug Care suits homes in humid areas or where mattresses are rarely turned.
If none of these describe your situation exactly, a short message is enough to work out what fits.

Included with every visit
Fibre identification
A check of the material before any method is chosen, at no separate charge.
Written note
A record of what was found and treated, left with you after the visit.
Controlled drying
Air movers and a drying plan suited to the fabric, not a one-size approach.
On value
The prices listed above cover the full visit, including identification and the written note — there is no add-on fee for either. If a visit needs to be arranged around a particular schedule, this can usually be discussed once contact is made.
A few questions before deciding
Can visit types be combined?
Yes, many visits cover both carpet and upholstery in the same appointment. Mention what needs attention and a plan can be worked out.
What if the space is larger than the listed scope?
Larger spaces are possible to arrange; the scope listed is a typical visit size rather than a hard limit.
Is a consultation needed before booking?
Not required, though a message beforehand often helps clarify which visit type and scope fits best.
Not sure which visit fits
A short message describing the room or furniture is enough to get a plain answer.
